Kim Peterson graduated in 1991
with honors from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where she
served as a comment editor on the Pacific Law Journal. Ms. Peterson
began her law career with Downey, Brand, Seymour & Rohwer in Sacramento,
California and concentrated in business litigation and intellectual property
law. Ms. Peterson joined Eiche & Frakes as an associate in 2001, and practices
in the areas of business litigation, insurance defense, intellectual property
and employment law. Ms. Peterson is an adjunct faculty member at the University
of Wisconsin Law School, where she teaches legal writing and research. Ms.
Peterson was also appointed a Referee in the Office of Lawyer Regulation by the
Wisconsin Supreme Court. Ms. Peterson is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin
and the State Bar of California.
