Jacqueline E. Frakes

Jacqueline Frakes received her law degree from Marquette University in 1990.  Ms. Frakes immediately joined Stuart Eiche in private practice and became a partner in 1993.  Ms. Frakes concentrates her practice in civil litigation, primarily insurance defense.  Ms. Frakes is an experienced trial attorney and has acted as lead counsel in over 500 contested civil matters, including personal injury and insurance coverage disputes.  Ms. Frakes has argued before both the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  She is a member of Wisconsin Defense Counsel (formerly Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin) and the Defense Research Institute DRI).
