Our fees reflect the competitive nature of our business and can be structured to meet the needs of any prospective client.
We use written retainer agreements where appropriate.
Our fee statements are itemized by provider, time and billing rate and contain detailed descriptions of our services.
Hourly fees range from $55.00 to $140.00.
We handle many cases on a contingency fee basis ranging from 25% to 40% of the client's recovery. We do not favor "unit charges." The increments reflected in our fee statements correlate to actual time spent.
